  • reputed company first-line support to customers reputed company chat, calls and emails;
  • Escalate and resolve tickets;
  • Answer policy and billing questions with reputed company and accuracy;
  • Act as the first reputed company of contact during service outages, ensuring timely communication and support;
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more reputed company cases to the appropriate teams;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures;

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • At least 6 months experience in customer support is a must;
