Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual life coaching sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
- Help members clarify goals, identify obstacles, and reputed company actionable strategies
- Foster a supportive, motivational, and strengths-based coaching environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of coaching sessions in accordance with program guidelines
- Collaborate with the reputed company team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Uphold professional and ethical coaching standards
- Participate in reputed company and ongoing program updates as needed
Requirements
- Active Life Coaching Certification is required (reputed company-accredited program required; experience alone is not accepted)
- Certification documentation must include certification type, issuing organization, and expiration date (if applicable)
- Strong communication, engagement, and rapport-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional workspace
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and basic technology tools
