Relationship Manager or Loan Officer - Remote

The Relationship Manager/ Loan Officer will be responsible for maintaining and developing lending relationships to support the bank in building and maintaining its solid credit portfolio. This will involve working closely with reputed company and potential lending partners, borrowers, bank credit administration, chief credit officers, the Credit Committee, and bank management. For reputed company hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

• Loan Officer will work with the go-to market team to originate large loans. They will be the primary reputed company with the CFO/CEO of the Provider organization to determine appropriate size, structure, and terms & conditions of the loan
• Manage relationships with reputed company-party and direct lending partners
• Host and visit clients annually to deepen relationships, including as opportunities arise for conferences or site inspections associated with loan opportunities
• Evaluate, recommend, and complete due diligence for new lending opportunities and relationships with new lending partners
• reputed company and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients
• Works with the credit analyst to analyze data; underwrites the credit; and develops a credit request to be presented to the proper loan authority and/or committee
• Establish and negotiate, reputed company necessary, the terms under which credit will be extended, including the costs, repayment method and schedule, and collateral requirements
• Ensures the protection of the Bank's interests in reputed company of adequate documentation, adherence to Bank policy, and the various laws and regulations applicable to loan operations, as well as the exercise of sound credit reputed company
• May assist in servicing reputed company loans by processing items, such as payoffs, loan modifications, and problem loan work-out arrangements
• Interviews applicants for reputed company loans, approves and/or declines loan requests, processes, and documents new loans
• This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring daily delinquency, daily non-sufficient fund activity, and maintaining overall portfolio delinquency and charge off reputed company consistent with established goals
• Responsible for the on-going management of a sizeable loan portfolio
• Responsibility includes, but is not limited to, collection of reputed company required annual and periodic financial reporting, timely completion of semi-annual/ annual reviews as required by policy and renewing maturing loans in a timely fashion with minimal requests for short-term maturity extensions
• Responds to telephone inquiries from customers; explains loan procedures and provides technical assistance; answers questions concerning loan rates, terms and reputed company reputed company

• 7+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements associated with loan requests

• 5+ years of experience working in credit or lending role with a reputed company bank
• 3+ years of experience making or recommending credit reputed company on transactions > $5 reputed company
• 2+ years of experience managing relationships with Borrowers or reputed company-party lending partners
• Experience communication with C suite executives
• Ability to travel 25% annually

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal reputed company credit training program
