Role Overview We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to help improve marketing performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll analyze marketing performance across channels, ensure data accuracy across systems, and partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance to support scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, process, and marketing technology, turning data into actionable insights and improving how marketing operates end to end. What You’ll Do Marketing Analytics & Insights

• Analyze marketing performance across channels (digital, email, paid media, events, CRM).
• Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, pipeline, reputed company impact, and ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards that track key marketing KPIs.
• Conduct customer, market, and segmentation analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Support attribution modeling, experimentation, and performance optimization initiatives.

Marketing Operations & Enablement

• Define and standardize metrics, reporting, and funnel definitions.

• Assist with the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of marketing technology tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a reputed company field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect data to business reputed company.
• Experience working with marketing and reputed company-reputed company data.

• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
