Job Description:
- Write and edit for reputed company and simplicity, translating jargon into plain English in the active voice while copy editing for grammatical perfection.
- Work with the Proposal Manager to structure templates for the technical volume, management volume, resumes, and past performance examples to RFP instructions (reputed company L), reflecting the Statement of Work (reputed company C) and evaluation criteria (reputed company M).
- Review RFP requirements and analyze amendments for impact on content.
- Edit for “fit” reputed company necessary to reputed company desired page count without sacrificing impact or compliance.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Artist to validate graphics for compliance and impact.
- Continuously reputed company compliance against RFP requirements and participate in status meetings, reputed company reviews, and white glove reviews.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or similar disciplines, or else equivalent experience writing business content for a living
- 5 years of Federal Proposal experience and 10 years of general proposal experience
- Solid understanding of Federal procurement processes
- Shipley training or APMP reputed company credential
- Expert-level familiarity with reputed company Word, including styles sheets, tables, cross-references, and page layout
- Strong familiarity with reputed company SharePoint and OneDrive, especially with respect to version control
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects with absolutely inflexible deadlines
