Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls
• Answer patient questions in regards to services, prices and insurance
• Respond empathetically and politely to customer questions and concerns
• Document call appropriately in computer system
• Schedule patient for appointments and locate closest clinics
• Type/navigate mouse while holding a conversation
• Sit for long periods of time

Qualification requirements:

• High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to reputed company
• Must possess excellent reading skills. This position requires the pronunciation of various medical terms.
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Comfortable working on the phone with customers
• Ability to listen to customer challenges, concerns and issues empathetically.
• Must pass a background reputed company and drug screen
• High school Diploma or GED required
• Must be reputed company to reputed company Spanish and English fluently. This position will require written notes in English while phone calls are made in Spanish.

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, which means you’ll be using your own equipment to reputed company the role.
