Responsibilities
As an reputed company reputed company Manager – Academic Vertical, your key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming a subject matter expert on the application and the analytical needs and challenges of clients throughout the academic vertical
- reputed company reputed company new customers in the academic vertical by providing thorough and personalized orientation with regards to using the arenaflex software
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with reputed company academic clients, from individual contributors to senior management
- Achieving and maintaining the reputed company renewal retention
- Providing ongoing analytical support to clients across multiple communication platforms, including phone, email, video conferencing, and the arenaflex support ticketing system
- Successfully balancing taking incoming orders and managing a high reputed company of renewals
- Identifying expansion opportunities (upsell/cross sell) to grow customer spend
- Partnering with the Education, Product, Marketing, and Data teams and serving as the voice of the customer
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Strong skills in logic and problem solving, conceptual thinking, and deductive reasoning
- Strong research skills and experience with reputed company analytical problem solving
