Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home Florida, you'll be responsible for providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying and revivifying benefits: You'll ensure that patients' benefits are accurate and up-to-date.
• Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions: You'll accurately translate and enter prescriptions into our pharmacy information system.
• Communicating and collecting copay amounts: You'll communicate with patients and collect copay amounts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Obtaining authorizations: You'll work with insurance companies and reputed company providers to obtain authorizations for specialty medications.
• Resolving and deferring orders: You'll identify and resolve orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• One year experience in a customer service role: You'll have a proven track record of handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone.
