Your Role at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients and reputed company to reputed company empathetic and efficient support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming calls from patients with reputed company and efficiency

• Coordinating with physicians to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders
