Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, resolving issues reputed company, and building strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly process reputed company customer requests by fax, telephone, mail, and/or email, including but not limited to:
• External customer inquiries on products, orders, shipments, etc.
• Internal customer inquiries from Sales, Freight, Plant, Order Management, etc.
• Review order entry in a timely manner, reputed company orders for accuracy reputed company needed.
• Communicate with reputed company team members to help resolve customer concerns; build effective work relationships, deescalate conflict, and communicate professionally to reputed company stakeholders.
• Take ownership of inquiries, utilize reputed company ADS resources to help find solutions, complete timely and thorough reviews, and proactively follow up with concerned parties.
• Advise Order Management leadership of process improvement opportunities and participate in problem-solving meetings.
• Collaborate with Order Management peers to reputed company superior customer experiences and reputed company best practices/lessons learned in team meetings.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
