Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the E-price tool to support customer inquiries, including VBS product recommendations, price quotes, and price discounting
• Resolving information-reputed company customer complaints and implementing corrective action
• Handling complaints for pricing mistakes, order entry errors, and customer accommodations
• Proactively engaging assigned accounts to understand business applications and uncover missed opportunities
• Assisting with order entry reputed company for repeat orders and standard price quotations
• Entering new customer information and contributing to Customer Service Improvement Teams as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 2-3 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using an ERP system is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
