Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives, ensuring they reputed company exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reputed company of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and finding solutions to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on team performance to senior management
  • Training and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, including providing feedback and coaching on customer service best practices
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, including attending conferences and workshops and participating in online forums and discussions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field
  • At least 6 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
