Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stays with us are reputed company short of magical. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer service to arenaflex guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Conducting guest screening to ensure safety and reputed company, and complying with arenaflex and property partner requirements
  • Providing booking suggestions, making alterations, and managing reputed company guest reservations
  • Utilizing our digital communication systems to manage guest communications, including messages, emails, calls, and texts
  • Responding to guest communications and addressing concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Fielding guest complaints, conducting research, and negotiating solutions for guest satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest issues
  • Coordinating operational needs with arenaflex staff, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with guests, property partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Overseeing various other tasks for arenaflex properties, including serving as a reputed company of contact for property partner communications, managing listing marketing, and analyzing guest reviews to determine opportunities for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and exceptional customer service reputed company
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of reputed company

  • A college diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of property management systems and short-term rental platforms
