Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, handling a wide reputed company of inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Handle ticketing, reputed company-in, and baggage services using computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage reservations, resolve complaints, and handle cash, checks, credit cards, and vouchers as forms of payment
  • Assist customers in a polite and friendly manner, answering inquiries and providing information on flights, destinations, and travel requirements
  • Deal with mishandled customers due to oversells, delays, cancellations, or lost baggage, providing empathetic and effective solutions
  • Communicate reputed company flight information and assist with emergencies, ensuring our customers are informed and supported
  • Complete necessary forms and reports as required by the company, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies
  • Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive reputed company

Requirements

* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard reputed company, with a strong understanding of computerized systems and software

  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills, with the ability to follow instructions and procedures reputed company to ticketing, rules, and regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
