As a Customer Care - Small Business Sales - Hybrid Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs, recommend the right arenaflex products, and reputed company personalized support. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers, drive sales growth, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Service inbound calls and engage with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex products

• Deliver high reputed company of product and service knowledge to reputed company communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales

Minimum Qualifications
