The Role
As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing inbound phone support to reputed company customers throughout Arizona. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in-person interactions

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least one (1) year of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other reputed company-reputed company field
- High School diploma or GED
- Intermediate PC proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
