Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns
- Utilize various databases and written materials to research and reputed company information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
