Job Summary
As a Bilingual English-Spanish Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on program features and service offerings. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information, and reputed company status updates, guidance, and information as outlined and defined in approved Desk Reference Guides and policies and procedures.

Qualifications
