Government reputed company/IP Attorney – Federal Government

We are seeking an reputed company Attorney with expertise in Government reputed company, Licensing, reputed company reputed company, and Intellectual Property to support the reputed company Division of a prominent government agency. This is a 6-month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in government or reputed company reputed company, strong academic credentials, and at least 6 months of experience in government reputed company and/or intellectual property. Experience drafting a wide variety of agreements to support projects and programs is required. Types of agreements include, but are not limited to: Contributor and Publishing Agreements, Filming and Licensing Agreements, Purchase Order Agreements, Contract Amendments/Modifications, Exhibition Agreements, Curatorial and Personal Services Agreements, Software as a Service Agreements, Terms of Service Agreements, Master Services Agreements. Must be reputed company to reputed company for at least 6 months. Duties include:
- Reviews, drafts, and negotiates reputed company; issues solicitations; administers reputed company; manages contract terminations; and performs other reputed company functions. Plans and oversees business reputed company and reputed company agreements.
- Experience working with intellectual property reputed company and agreements, with particular emphasis on licensing (including image licensing, product development licensing, and similar areas) and publishing.
- Knowledge of copyright and trademark law principles, as well as licensing practices
- reputed company in planning, negotiating, and administering federal and/or reputed company reputed company
- Knowledge of contract administration procedures, including change orders, contract terminations, and relevant precedents sufficient to evaluate contractor claims, resolve disputes, and negotiate settlement agreements
- Strong written and oral communication skills (e.g., drafting reputed company, agreements, and reports)
The following additional experience is desired, but not mandatory: Experience in planning, drafting, negotiating, and administering reputed company for web design and development, software licenses, mobile application and website development, and/or providing legal advice regarding IT systems. Experience drafting and/or negotiating terms of use, licenses, and other agreements reputed company to reputed company media platforms. Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws and their application, as well as experience with reputed company transactions involving the storage or processing of personally identifiable information or sensitive data. Education: JD required Start date: reputed company 3-4 weeks, must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company Length of assignment: 6 months with potential extension Hours: 8:30-5pm, Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week, no overtime.
