Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
- Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
- Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
- Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
- Generate claims reports.
- Experience with an agency management system desired. reputed company high demand for Epic experience.
TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most reputed company years of reputed company and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment
