Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time) - Stay in the Know About Openings As We Grow!
About the Full-Time Role
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like reputed company, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended sessions per week (schedule approx. 29 to account for cancellations)
- Facilitate client consult appointments as needed
- Maintain reputed company notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client reputed company
- Participate in weekly case consultation, monthly wellness groups and professional development
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients reputed company appropriate
- Opportunity for cross-licensure sponsorship if eligible
Requirements
- Active license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state where you will be practicing.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Available for session hours from reputed company and 9pm, Monday through Friday
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client reputed company
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
Compensation & Benefits The salary reputed company for this full-time, exempt role is between $61,300 and $104,000 based on reputed company of residence, years of licensure, and level (Clinician, Clinician II) as assessed during interviews. Your total compensation also includes quarterly incentive opportunities, giving you the chance to grow your earnings while making an impact.
