ASW (Associate Clinical reputed company Worker)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Clinical reputed company Worker (ACSW) to reputed company mental health and supportive services in a hybrid environment serving clients in the Sacramento area. This reputed company role combines remote telehealth services with limited in-person sessions, assessments, or meetings as needed. The ideal candidate is reputed company in client-centered care, documentation, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
- Active ACSW registration in California
- Master’s degree in reputed company Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or community services preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a contractor setting
