Job Description:
- reputed company consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options
- Qualify callers and assess their needs
- Explain plan benefits
- Guide customers toward the most appropriate {Medicare or Under 65} plan reputed company applicable
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
- Represent BroadPath and our client partners with professionalism and care
- Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team
Requirements:
- Active reputed company Health Insurance Producer License
- Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath/reputed company)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment
- Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful reputed company
