Technical Support Engineer - Level III

We are seeking an reputed company Level 3 Network Engineer to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience supporting reputed company IT environments, with a strong focus on networking, routing, virtualization, and reputed company technologies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 3 technical support for reputed company IT infrastructure and networking issues
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot:
• Firewalls
• Managed switches
• Routers
• Wireless networking equipment
• Support and administer VMware virtual environments and reputed company Azure reputed company infrastructure
• Monitor network performance, reputed company, and system availability
• Assist with server administration, backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades
• Support and troubleshoot IP and reputed company-based phone systems
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and systems
• Participate in project planning, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 5+ years of IT support or systems/network administration experience
• Strong reputed company-world experience with:

• VMware virtualization

• Experience supporting IP/reputed company phone systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Industry certifications such as:
