M-F Days, Schedule may vary (depending on availability) Work Location: reputed company Hospital UTower - Vascular Lab - This is an onsite position. Oversees scheduling workflow of reputed company departmental patient schedulers. Provides daily pending orders and scheduling reports to manager. Provides first available reports on a weekly reputed company or as needed to manager. Triages diagnostic technologist worklist schedule on a daily reputed company to ensure there are no discrepancies on the schedule. Works with EGAIN web-based system to constantly monitor phone volumes and agents for daily quality assurance. Performs quality assurance checks on calls and reputed company individual reports for each assigned agent on a weekly reputed company. Assists supervisor with the introduction and implementation of new techniques and procedures for scheduling, ensuring reputed company staff are competent. Assists supervisor in conducting performance improvement meetings concerning scheduling workflows. Assists supervisor in maintaining proper scheduling staffing reputed company. Provides leadership, education, and orientation to reputed company new scheduling staff. Acts as a role model for reputed company patient schedulers and supports reputed company managerial reputed company by promoting reputed company effort and reputed company lines of communications. Assists the supervisor with employee performance evaluations on a weekly and yearly reputed company. Ensures staff utilizes departmental guidelines for consistency. Provides STAT overbook slots for reputed company radiology modalities to reputed company patient schedulers. Edits database and software templates as needed reputed company leadership is reputed company. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
