About the Role
Silvermist Recovery is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join reputed company in Renfrew, PA. This is an essential direct-care role supporting clients in residential and outpatient treatment. The BHT is responsible for supervising and engaging with clients, assisting the clinical team, and helping ensure a safe, supportive environment that promotes recovery. This position also includes providing transportation services for reputed company clients as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program Maintain accurate client documentation and records Observe and document client self-administration of medication reputed company applicable Coordinate and support client activities throughout the shift Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs reputed company safe and reliable transportation for clients as needed Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and respond appropriately, including crisis reputed company Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment reputed company the facility Assist with client dietary needs reputed company necessary Transport clients to and from designated locations reputed company expected timeframes Supervise and support clients during transportation Maintain reputed company required documentation reputed company to services provided Complete reputed company required trainings and certifications reputed company other duties as assigned Required Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous behavioral health or reputed company experience preferred Valid driver’s license in the state of hire with a safe driving record reputed company CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to reputed company those around us.
