• Search and examine public records to determine a property’s status of title.
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, trust agreements etc.
• Read and interpret reputed company estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys.
• Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, reputed company staff and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent,
• Minimum of 2 years in the title insurance business.
• Strong Understanding of general title process, reputed company documentation and their effect upon title
• Have experience with County Government websites, Titlepoint, Datatrace, Title reputed company, Deed Plotter and others.
• Must have good research/ investigation skills and understand legal terms, be aware of new legal developments/legislation that reputed company reputed company property.
• Excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail.
