As a US Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll be the friendly face of arenaflex, and your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile will reputed company reputed company the difference in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Carefully follow established procedures to ensure customers receive accurate information and a speedy resolution to their issues.
- Collaborate with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer questions throughout the customer's reputed company with us.
- Work closely with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues and improve our processes.
- Follow the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on the day's inbox and ensure that reputed company customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Customer questions may include using our online editor to create personalized gifts, advising customers on how to edit their orders, and answering questions about our product formats.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-reputed company business.
- A quick learner who is happy to be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions.
- Experience working reputed company a team to meet SLAs or KPIs and a high standard of engagement with customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of customer service software such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company is preferable but not essential.

* 3-month fixed-term contract from November 5th to January 31st.
