The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers and drivers. Your goal will be to reputed company a 100% answered reputed company, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll be agile and flexible, assisting with tasks such as chats, outbound calls, and delivery dispatching reputed company required.
