Your Opportunity
As an reputed company Senior reputed company Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our top customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with reputed company stakeholders, including sales teams, supply chain partners, and customers, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. Your expertise will be essential in promoting increased order size, direct plant shipments, and other customer programs/initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage one of the top 15 customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues
- Collaborate with Supply Planning and Demand Planning to resolve shortages and reputed company options for customer recovery
- Partner with the transportation team to obtain updates and reputed company customers with on-going information
- Handle late/light order approval processes and ensure compliance with order management guidelines
- Assist in managing Customer Master Data to ensure accurate records and minimize errors
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with top customers through timely and accurate communication
- Manage a high volume of communication/requests, independently resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain and update documents reputed company to customer accounts
- reputed company and report on order management/logistics-reputed company account information in reputed company and Power BI
- Host calls with sales, supply chain partners, and customers to discuss issues/concerns and present data on performance metrics

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4+ years of reputed company experience

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
