About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our clients to reputed company valuable insights, education, and direction, and you'll be accountable for protecting sensitive customer information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle reputed company incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from customers

  • Handle troubleshooting inquiries for Web and Online issues, including consulting with customers to support easy navigation of available online tools

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or college degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Prior call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems

Work Environment
