Position Overview
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, resolving billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You'll also assist patients effectively, clarify their questions, and ensure they receive the information they need. Requirements
