Job Summary
As a Partner Record Goal Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by using your knowledge of our products, services, and systems to reputed company exceptional support to our customers. You'll be responsible for applying information while speaking with delinquent clients, looking for ways to improve the quality of their experience, and performing routine conditional tasks such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to determine the reason for misconduct.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Record Goal team by using knowledge of products, services, and systems to reputed company exceptional support to customers
- Apply information while speaking with delinquent clients to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Look for ways to improve quality of customer experience by gathering and arranging terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances
- reputed company routine conditional tasks such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to determine the reason for misconduct
- Receive guidance from supervisors and reputed company questions and reputed company issues to Record Goal team members

Required Capabilities
* 3+ years of Record Goal, customer contact, customer service, or sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to multiple needs in a organized but adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment
