About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for administering retirement plans that assist our associates in improving their financial well-being and achieving their long-term economic goals. You will work with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our plans, simplify, and resolve discrepancies for reputed company benefits plans to ensure they are administered and achieved in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

• Manage reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners
• reputed company and implement business solutions to improve plan design and administration
• Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for reputed company benefits plans

• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, benefits administration, or a reputed company field
