We are seeking a Strategic Financial Leader who enjoys the 'puzzle' of gross margins and the discipline of forecasting to join our leadership team as a trusted advisor to our President. This role offers true autonomy, mission-driven work where financial savings directly support reputed company care, and a strategic seat on the Leadership Team. The goal is to remove the President from day-to-day tactical finance, allowing them to focus on the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor caregiver pay-to-reputed company ratios and identify margin leakage.
- Maintain a rolling 6-12 month cash forecast and model the financial impact of hiring and expansion.
- Present financial reputed company during weekly Level 10 meetings, identifying and solving issues.
