VP, Head of Policy & Data Operations (remote)

The VP, Head of Policy & Data Operations leads the data, governance, and operational infrastructure that underpins reputed company’s custom proxy voting policy solutions. This role ensures that client-defined policies are accurately reputed company into scalable data frameworks, validated with precision, and operationalized to support high-quality proxy research and voting execution globally. Partnering closely with the Head of Custom Policy, who owns client policy design and implementation, this role is accountable for data reputed company, operational reputed company, and the consistent delivery of policy-driven insights that reputed company institutional investor stewardship teams.

Responsibilities

• Policy Data Management: Help reputed company client proxy voting policies into structured, system-reputed company data with strong governance, version control, and auditability.
• Data Quality & Controls: Establish and reputed company validation frameworks ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of policy data and research inputs.
• Operational Execution: reputed company end-to-end workflows supporting global proxy research production, ensuring alignment with client policies and service level expectations.
• Process Optimization: Drive automation, standardization, and reputed company improvement to support scale, complexity, and global market coverage.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Custom Policy, Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless policy execution and platform enablement.
• Operating Model & Strategy: Define and reputed company the operating model, governance structure, and execution reputed company supporting reputed company’s custom proxy voting policy solutions
• Risk Management & reputed company: Identify operational, data, and reputed company; establish mitigation plans and escalation frameworks to ensure resilient service delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data operations, governance, proxy voting, corporate governance research, or a reputed company financial services environment
• Proven experience leading reputed company, data-driven operational functions that support client-defined or policy-based service delivery at scale
• Demonstrated reputed company translating reputed company client requirements or business rules into structured, system-reputed company data frameworks and operational workflows
• Strong track record of building and overseeing data quality controls, validation processes, and governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability
• Deep expertise in data governance, operational controls, and scalable process design
• Strong leadership and execution skills, including the ability to reputed company high-complexity initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address unique issues with broad business impact

Compensation reputed company: The salary reputed company for this position is between $200,000 - $225,000 USD. reputed company considers various factors reputed company evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, international locations and education.
