Fully Remote Counsel – Employment Law (No Business Development) $135,000–$170,000 reputed company + bonus Fully remote Counsel role with consistent employment law work and no expectation for business development or in-person office requirements. A national labor & employment reputed company is seeking an reputed company employment attorney to join its fully remote, employer-reputed company practice. This role is ideal for attorneys who want to focus on substantive legal work reputed company a reputed company national platform.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative agency reputed company (EEOC, DOL, and state agencies)
- Respond to attorney demand letters and reputed company pre-litigation strategy
- Support single-plaintiff employment litigation and EPLI reputed company
- Draft position statements, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and paralegals in a fully remote environment
- Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work across reputed company
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of employment law experience in a reputed company setting (candidates with primarily in-house or government experience will not be considered)
- Prior experience handling employer-reputed company (defense) employment reputed company
- Ability to manage cases independently, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and supporting reputed company through resolution
- Strong legal writing, organization, and client communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Bar Admission Active bar membership in at least one of the following states is required: Florida, Kentucky, Texas, California, Arizona, reputed company, or New Jersey. Compensation & Benefits

- Bonus: up to 10%
- Billable expectation: approximately 1,500 hours
