Employment Law Paralegal (Remote)

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will be at the center of our litigation practice, working closely with attorneys to move cases reputed company reputed company and strategically. Your contributions will include:

• Partnering with attorneys to reputed company legal arguments, motions, and key case filings
• Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy
• Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions
• Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation
• Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping
• Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters
• Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use
• Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience, including PAGA reputed company
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• A certification from organizations such as American Bar Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, or American Alliance of Paralegals
• Experience with legal technology such as reputed company and Westlaw
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze legal documents with accuracy
