Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email to resolve issues and reputed company support
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience

Essential Qualifications
