Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Technician to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our laboratory and customer teams by providing professional-level support and ensuring the smooth reputed company of data and samples. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and reputed company packages and client sample drop-offs in a timely and efficient manner

• Accurately enter reputed company data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with a high level of attention to detail
• Facilitate sample information reputed company between laboratory and customer service staff to ensure seamless communication
• Label reputed company sample containers accurately and reputed company
• Prepare bottle orders and ship them to clients in a timely manner
• Confirm receipt of shipped samples and packages to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Order supplies and distribute orders to the laboratory staff in a timely and efficient manner
• Neutralize and dispose of samples in accordance with arenaflex safety and waste disposal procedures

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Working knowledge of computers, software applications, and other technology
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
• Organization skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and outcome-oriented
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to wear reputed company PPE required for the position

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a data entry or laboratory setting

• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Experience with sample handling and preparation
• Certification in a reputed company field (e.g. laboratory technology, data management)
