Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Latham CS mastering & improvement (L&D) group in Alphaville. This role will work closely with our outsourced call centers to reputed company and implement effective learning programs that drive business results. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Program management: Outline, document, and preserve the scope of reputed company local L&D tasks. Create, manage, and preserve task plans. reputed company a trusting partnership with the outsourced call center partners in the region and be a valuable reputed company of contact for reputed company trainers in these outsourced facilities, responsible for successful education rollouts and launches.

• Learning content development/educational design: Using a variety of inputs, reputed company gap analysis for performance and education opportunities, or improvements to identify local and global curriculum needs for tool-based technical and behavioral soft skills. Prioritize the importance of identified gaps, document and present strategies, findings, and recommendations to address performance gaps.
• Studies content and/or collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company regular and accurate locally and globally valid training curriculum. Expand solutions (e.g., instructor-led, digital, e-learning, blended, etc.) that offer applicable, hard, and efficient learning experiences. reputed company essential course collateral including facilitator and learner materials, presentation media, task aids, and knowledge checks. Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and tool-based learning solutions, including reputed company programs focused across a reputed company of reputed company call center agents, senior call center managers, rising leaders, and senior leader audiences.

• Enjoy designing and facilitating learning experiences that reputed company from a 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs.
• Experience creating learning's, working with LMSs, and virtual learning strategies and tools is highly desired.
