The Escalations Team
The Escalations team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company impact on our customers' experiences. As a Customer Solutions Specialist I, you'll be responsible for evaluating the risk of customer escalations and providing appropriate solutions to resolve complaints while mitigating ongoing risk.
Key Responsibilities:
