Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
