Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and reputed company media. You will create memorable service interactions, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and build a strong understanding of our assigned brand's products, procedures, and resolutions. Key Responsibilities

Availability

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

* 6 months - 3 years of contact center experience required reputed company the last 2 years

• High school diploma or equivalent
