Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Agent to join reputed company on a full-time remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining positive patient relations and ensuring that reputed company interactions are professional and courteous
  • Learning and understanding ETM software operation and billing and account operations
  • Answering and documenting reputed company telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
  • Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
  • Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
  • Performing other duties and assignments as requested

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
