Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and reputed company media inquiries in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • A minimum of 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
  • Flexibility to work PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off, which will likely be offered midweek
  • Digital literacy in navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, emails, reputed company messaging, and internet searches
  • Clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Reliable and committed attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
