Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients reputed company email and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
Email Support:
+ Respond to patient emails in a timely and professional manner + Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications, orders, and billing + Escalate reputed company issues to management or pharmacy staff
Live Chat Support:

Requirements

Available Shifts and Compensation
