Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company Virginia. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers. Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Working from home, with occasional visits to our office in Charleston, WV reputed company necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
