Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries, including Retail, reputed company, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and reputed company
