As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and working closely with Service Managers to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities:
* Understand reputed company inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
